Mac or Dell?

Our latest project in my Computer Applications class was to decide to purchase a Mac or a Dell laptop/ desktop. What would you pick? Do you go by looks and all the neat things that come with each computer? Or do you go by what's best for you? I decided that I would get a Dell instead of a Mac. Dell computers and laptops are cheaper and for me they are way less complicated to use than a Mac. Macs are really cool and high tech but they cost so much money and are to confusing to figure out. Honestly as long as I have a working laptop or computer I am happy and Dells are a better fit for me.
